Infinity MEP+S was engaged to provide MEP, security & technology, fire & life safety, and acoustical design services for the new 17-story residential building that overlooks a beach front on Al Marjan Island. Our MEP design encompasses 205 units, parking areas, and ground floor which is designed as a ‘Shell & Core’ allocated for retail and food & beverage tenants. Technology design consists of systems for ICT & Security Systems including Data, TV, telephone systems, CCTV and Access control.

The team was also engaged to support through the Construction Administration phase. Our CA process involves prompt responses to RFIs, shop drawing reviews and coordination with the general contractor, architect, and end-user.
